Good Monk Secures $2 Million in Pre-Series A Round Funding

Good Monk, a health-focused brand from Superfoods Valley, has raised $2 million in pre-Series A funding. The round was led by RPSG Capital Ventures, with continued support from Multiply Ventures, Sharrp Ventures, and ThinKuvate.

This follows an earlier raise of $841,000. The brand also appeared on Shark Tank India Season 4 and secured a deal with Vineeta Singh, co-founder of SUGAR Cosmetics. The new funds will be used for research, development, and creating better nutrition products.

Founded in 2022 by Amarpreet Singh Anand and Sahiba Kaur, Good Monk offers multivitamins, probiotics, fiber supplements, and over 50 nutrition mixes for kids, adults, and people over 50.

Based in Bengaluru, the brand focuses on making good nutrition easy to access. It also supports social causes, like donating part of its sales to mid-day meal programs.

The company has grown 11 times in the past year. Its products are available on its website and platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, with plans to grow its online presence even more.

Good Monk focuses on science-backed products, clean labels, and health benefits for all age groups. It’s building a strong presence in India’s fast-growing health and wellness space.

Lead investor RPSG Capital Ventures has backed other health-focused brands like Plix, True Elements, and Nutrabay.
