GOQORO Inc., led by CEO Hejong Ko, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the IoT platform brand +Style and its related assets from BBSS Corporation.
BBSS Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of SB C&S Corp., which is part of the SoftBank Group. The agreement was officially signed on March 6, 2026.
The acquisition will combine GOQORO’s advanced AI, IoT, and robotics technologies with the strong service platform of +Style.
GOQORO plans to go beyond simple smart device control by adding advanced AI solutions and robotics to the smart home ecosystem.
By offering a wide range of products—from lighting and sensors to robotics—the company aims to create “Future Living (Mirai-Seikatsu)”, where smart and connected lifestyles are easy and accessible for everyone.
+Style is a unique IoT platform built on the idea of “Adding Smartness to Everything.” It involves users from the early stages of product planning and development.
The platform has helped grow the smart lifestyle market by introducing innovative IoT devices. GOQORO plans to continue and further develop the strong brand values and ideas behind +Style.
