GoWit Gets Investment from Nuwa Capital to Boost AI Retail Media in EMEA

GoWit, a top AdTech company specializing in connected commerce and retail media, has secured a strategic funding round led by Nuwa Capital, with existing investors Formus Capital, APY Ventures, and DCP also participating.

This investment will help GoWit expand its AI-driven commerce and retail media network and reinforce its leadership position across the EMEA region.

The new funding will help GoWit grow and build advanced AI tools that improve ad performance, data insights, and revenue opportunities for retailers, brands, and agencies.

GoWit’s technology is used by major retailers and marketplaces like Carrefour in Turkey, Union Coop in the UAE, Raneen in Egypt, Toters Delivery in Lebanon, Mumzworld in the UAE, and Heureka Group in the Czech Republic. The company also works with partners such as Goldbach in Switzerland, Spike Media in the MENA region, and Akinon across EMEA to create a connected retail media network.

“We built the most intelligent, connected commerce and retail media network that enables every retailer, brand, and agency to grow profitably through a unified ad platform offering scalable technology, strong demand, and best-in-class operations,” said Emrah Adsan, Co-Founder and CEO of GoWit.

“Our success across MENA and Europe shows the strength of our technology and partnerships. This investment will accelerate our EMEA expansion and advance our AI-driven platform bringing next-level intelligence and automation to retail media.”

The fast-paced digital transformation across EMEA is turning the region into one of the world’s most dynamic commerce markets. In the MENA region alone, the retail media market is expected to reach USD 6.35 billion by 2030, highlighting the huge potential for AI-powered advertising.

Its AI-powered platform brings together technology, operations, and advertising demand to help retailers, brands, and agencies earn more and reach the right customers effectively.
