Green SM Launches All-Electric Ride-Hailing Service in Kazakhstan

The launch event was held in Almaty and attended by representatives from the Vietnamese Embassy in Kazakhstan, the Government of Kazakhstan, local authorities, business leaders, and partners from the transportation, energy, technology, finance, infrastructure, and service sectors.

In the first phase of operations, Green SM will serve Almaty with a fleet of VinFast VF 6 Eco electric SUVs. The vehicles are designed for daily city travel and offer a quiet ride, comfortable interiors, and modern safety features, providing residents and visitors with a convenient and reliable transportation option.

To ensure high-quality service, Green SM is also investing in extensive training programs for its drivers, focusing on safety, operations, and customer service. The company aims to deliver a safe, professional, and dependable ride-hailing experience for customers in Kazakhstan.

To mark the launch, Green SM is offering customers a 26% discount of up to KZT 2,626 on rides booked through the Green SM app. The service is now available through the Green SM mobile application on both the App Store and Google Play.

At the same time, Green SM has partnered with five organizations from the transportation, tourism, technology, and service industries through its Green Alliance Frontier initiative. The program brings together partners that share a commitment to sustainability and creating positive benefits for local communities across different markets.
