HONO and Ramssol Group Berhad Partner to Deliver the Future of HR to Southeast Asia

Malaysia-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions provider Ramssol Group Berhad has entered into a regional strategic partnership with HONO Asia Pte Ltd, a HR-tech Solutions to emphasize on technology that addresses, simplifies, and humanises end-to-end HR processes for artificial intelligence (AI)-driven human resource (HR) solutions.

Malaysia-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions provider Ramssol Group Berhad has entered into a regional strategic partnership with HONO Asia Pte Ltd, a HR-tech Solutions to emphasize on technology that addresses, simplifies, and humanises end-to-end HR processes for artificial intelligence (AI)-driven human resource (HR) solutions.

As per the agreement, RAMS will establish the HR Platform + HR Generative AI Strategic and HR Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer (HR Chat GPT) Partnership for HONO Artificial Intelligence (HONO AI) in Southeast Asia, which includes Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

“The agreement and addendum agreement are in line with the company’s strategy and continuous effort to expand its software development technology business and expected to provide additional revenue stream and enhance the earnings base of the company and its subsidiaries, which in turn is expected to improve the group’s financial performance and the shareholders’ value,” Ramssol said.

“With more than one million users and over 300 enterprise clients across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, HONO’s established footprint and impressive client base will provide Ramssol with access to high-growth sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, IT services and e-commerce.”

The target commercial value would be $15 million over three years or $4 million annually. On October 7, 2024, the supplementary agreement will go into force.To gain the requisite knowledge and technical expertise about Honos’s products, services, and software, RAMS will put forth its efforts and resources.

This includes service-related marketing and promotion initiatives, as well as generating a pipeline of client leads that fit the target client profile as periodically listed by the business.

Additionally, RAMS will act as HONO’s partner and be permitted to advertise HONO’s software and services. RAMS will also pursue the client lead or leads to turn them into clients for HONO by completing the necessary paperwork.
