Three-Year Partnership to Strengthen Digital Skills

Under the partnership, Huawei Malaysia will use its global learning ecosystem and technology expertise to provide CelcomDigi employees with training in key technology areas, including artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, 5G and cloud computing.

The initiative aims to help employees improve their technical knowledge, develop leadership capabilities and prepare for the changing demands of the digital economy.

Focus on Technology Training and Certifications

The collaboration will introduce strategic learning programmes covering emerging technologies, innovation frameworks and industry applications.

These programmes will support business growth, improve operational efficiency and accelerate digital transformation across CelcomDigi.

Employees will also have opportunities to earn globally recognised Huawei certifications at associate, professional and expert levels.

Simon Sun, Chief Executive Officer of Huawei Malaysia, said talent development is essential to digital transformation. He added that both companies will work together to develop practical training programmes covering digital leadership, business growth, industry certifications and digital transformation.
