Sports-tech platform Hudle has raised $2.5 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Sky Impact Capital.
Other investors include Physis Capital, Atrium Venture, and well-known angel investors like Mahesh Bhupathi, Gaurav Kapur, and the founders of Blue Tokai and Nitro Commerce.
In April last year, Hudle raised INR 7 crore in a pre-Series A funding round, which was led by Inflection Point Ventures.
Hudle will use the money to grow its network of sports venues, improve its app features, and launch a new rating system to boost user engagement in recreational sports.
Hudle was founded by Suhail Narain, Arjun Singh Verma, and Sonam Taneja. The platform connects players with more than 2,000 sports venues across 60 cities in India. It allows users to book venues and join games in real-time for sports like badminton, pickleball, padel, and more.
Hudle currently helps organize over 150,000 games every month and aims to reach 3 million games by the end of this financial year.
The company’s gross transaction value has increased by more than 3.5 times, and its revenue has risen 2.5 times in the past year. Its technology makes it easy for users to find games, track their performance, and match with other players.
In August 2025, Hudle will introduce GRIP (Game Rating Index for Players), a new system to score and rank players in recreational sports.
The system will first be available for pickleball, padel, and badminton.
