Humanz Secures $15M Funding, Acquires Two Platforms Amid Creator Economy Consolidation

Humanz, an AI-based platform for the creator economy, has raised $15 million in fresh funding. At the same time, the company has also acquired two firms — Ubiquitous and Bambassadors — to strengthen its business.

With this round, Humanz’s total funding has reached $32 million.

The funding comes at a time when the creator economy, now valued at around $250 billion, is entering a key phase marked by increased mergers and acquisitions, according to industry leaders.

Founded in 2017, Humanz has grown its presence across Europe, Latin America, South Africa, the Middle East, and the United States, with the US now becoming its main growth market.

The company sees itself not as a talent agency or a one-time marketing tool, but as a complete operating system that supports the entire creator economy lifecycle.

Humanz’s platform brings together many tasks that are usually handled by different vendors, such as finding and reviewing creators, managing campaigns, handling content workflows, and managing contracts, payments, and performance tracking.

The platform also tracks sales impact and return on investment (ROI) in real time, which is becoming increasingly important as brands spend more on influencer marketing.

“The creator economy isn’t broken. It’s just been built on the wrong foundation,” said Liran Liberman, Humanz’s CEO, announcing the funding and acquisitions. He said the additions of Ubiquitous and Bambassadors would allow the company to strengthen its U.S. presence while expanding its AI capabilities globally, as Humanz prepares for additional acquisitions planned for early 2026.

The two acquisitions strengthen different but complementary areas of Humanz’s business. Ubiquitous adds a large US-based creator network, strong relationships with enterprise brands, and experience in managing large influencer marketing budgets.

Bambassadors, on the other hand, focuses on performance-driven creator marketing, offering technology that helps test, optimize, and scale user-generated content across paid social media channels.
