HYLENR raises $3 million in pre-series funding round

HYLENR, a new clean energy startup, has raised $3 million in a pre-Series A funding round. The round was led by Valour Capital and Chhattisgarh Investments Limited, with support from other investors like Karthik Sundar Iyer and Anant Sarda.

The company said the money will help it move quickly from testing its technology to launching it in the market. This funding shows that investors are becoming more confident in LENR (Low Energy Nuclear Reactions) as a possible alternative to fossil fuels.

“Karan Goshar, Partner at Valour Capital, said, “HYLENR’s LENR platform represents a disruptive shift in how industrial heat and energy are produced. Its scalability and safety, combine with a strong team that blends scientific innovation with business acumen, positions the company to play a pivotal role in the global clean energy transformation.  We’re excited to support their journey.”

“We’re seeing energy gain ratios that surpass anything previously recorded in this field. This funding allows us to stay focused on executing our product roadmap. Several government agencies and large corporates are already engaged in early-stage testing of our systems, and we’re now gearing up to scale production and expand internationally, ” said Siddhartha Durairajan, Chairman and Managing Director of HYLENR.

CEO and Co-founder Ram Ramaseshan said, “This round validates both our mission and our technology. We’ve progressed beyond proof-of-concept and now we’re focused on deploying LENR systems to solve real-world industrial energy demands. The new funds will speed up development and help us enter key markets across the U.S., Europe, India, and Japan.”

Launched in 2024, HYLENR Technologies is a next-generation energy startup working on LENR-based hybrid heat systems. These systems are designed to change how thermal energy is used in various industries.

HYLENR focuses on sectors like manufacturing, oil & gas, district heating, and water desalination. The company holds two patents—one for its product design and another for its core process innovation.

HYLENR says it is already running pilot projects with leading government bodies and industrial partners. The goal is to replace fossil fuel systems with cleaner, sustainable options.

Its products range from small 7.2KW units for homes to large 1MW systems for factories and big thermal energy needs.
