I-Bhd, the company behind i-City, has partnered with University Teknologi Mara (UiTM) to promote AI research and innovation. The goal is also to develop talent in the field of artificial intelligence.
The joint research will be applied across the AI World Experience Centre and i-City’s urban infrastructure. Key areas include humanoid robotics, AI mobility, smart systems integration, and AI-powered wellness solutions.
UiTM will bring its academic and research expertise to work closely with i-City. Together, they will develop structured internship programs and hands-on industry projects.
They will also offer CPD-certified technical workshops at the soon-to-open AI World Experience Centre, located in the heart of i-City. This centre will be Malaysia’s largest hub for humanoid robotics and AI education.
This partnership helps I-Bhd achieve its larger goal of transforming from a traditional property developer into Malaysia’s first intelligent ecosystem operator.
Through joint research and development with UiTM, projects will be integrated across the AI World Experience Centre and i-City’s urban infrastructure, focusing on areas like humanoid robotics, AI mobility, smart systems integration, and AI-powered wellness solutions.
