An innovative business based in, Israel called Ginzi, specialized in AI solutions for customer care teams, was bought by Argmax, a leading provider of AI services situated in Ramat Gan, Israel. The deal’s total value was not made public.
By acquiring Ginzi, Argmax is extending its product line strategically in the AI sector. Ginzi’s artificial intelligence solution for customer service personnel strengthens and supplements it’s current offerings. Through this integration, it is able to provide its clients with AI-driven solutions. The development team of Ginzi is planning to switch to Argmax.

Ben Jacobs and Kobi Agi founded Ginzi, a company that creates technology that lets customer service representatives communicate with AI and respond to inquiries in a personalized and effective manner. Notable backers of the business included Atooro Fund, Fresh.Fund, and Jumpspeed Ventures. Ginzi has raised $1.5 million so far.
