Bengaluru-based fabric care startup Iztri has raised ₹10 crore (around $1.1 million) in a seed funding round led by All In Capital and Suashish Group.
SUMMARY
- Iztri has raised ₹10 crore (around $1.1 million) in seed funding.
- The round was led by All In Capital and Suashish Group.
- Founded in 2024, Iztri was started by Rohit Ramesh and Ankit Choudhary.
The round was also backed by investors including Anupam Mittal, Kunal Shah, Tanmay Bhat, Gaurav Munjal, Roman Saini and Abhishek Goyal. The JK Tyre family office, Shadowfax founders Abhishek Bansal and Vaibhav Khadelwal, and existing investor PedalStart also participated.
Iztri will use the new funding to add more hubs, improve its technology and operations, and expand into other fabric care services. These will include dry cleaning and shoe care.
Iztri currently serves more than 25,000 customers across Bengaluru and has created structured employment opportunities for over 200 blue-collar workers through its network of hubs. The company plans to increase its customer base to more than 100,000 over the next six months.
Over the next two to three years, Iztri plans to strengthen its presence across southern India before expanding into the country’s top five metro cities.
The latest funding round follows a $200,000 pre-seed round led by AJVC in 2025 and a $50,000 round led by PedalStart earlier in 2025.
Rohit Ramesh, Co-founder, Iztri said, “Fabric care is one of the most frequent services used by urban households, yet the experience remains largely unchanged from decades ago. We started Iztri with a simple belief that reliability should not be a premium - it should be the default. Our ambition is to build the infrastructure that makes fabric care predictable, consistent, and trustworthy, starting with ironing and eventually covering the broader fabric-care needs of urban India.”
Aditya Singh, Co-Founder & Partner at All In Capital shared, “Fabric care is a large, high-frequency category that remains surprisingly unorganized despite the rapid adoption of organized services across other parts of the home services market. Iztri is approaching the opportunity by building the operating infrastructure around the service, rather than simply aggregating existing providers. Its hub-led model, focus on reliability and early customer traction give us confidence that the company can build a differentiated and scalable network. We believe Iztri is well positioned to lead the shift towards organized fabric care in urban India.”
About Iztri
Founded in 2024 by Rohit Ramesh and Ankit Choudhary, Iztri started its operations in early 2025. The company follows a hyperlocal apartment-hub model that brings together local infrastructure, trained workers and technology-driven backend operations to make fabric care services more consistent and organised.
The company plans to add more hubs across Bengaluru before expanding into other parts of southern India over the next two to three years. It will then look to enter the country’s top five metro cities as part of its next phase of expansion.
