Kaushalya Logistics, a clearing and forwarding (C&F) company in the cement sector, has appointed Rajendra Singh Shekhawat as its new CEO.
Shekhawat brings more than 24 years of leadership experience in India’s cement industry, with a strong track record in improving operations and leading strategic initiatives.
Before joining Kaushalya Logistics, he held senior positions at major cement companies, including Assistant Vice President – Logistics & Packing at Wonder Cement and Vice President & Head of Logistics at J.K. Cement.
Over the years, Shekhawat has managed large logistics operations, procurement functions, and major cost and industrial corridor projects. His experience gives him deep knowledge of logistics, customer expectations, and on-ground challenges. He has also supported the growth of logistics startups, built high-performing teams, and created strong systems that consistently deliver value.
In his new role, Shekhawat will shape Kaushalya Logistics’ overall strategy and oversee operations as the company expands its CFA network and strengthens ties with leading cement brands.
His leadership is expected to make distribution more efficient, increase transparency, improve customer experience, and help build a modern, technology-driven supply chain for the future.
