Kayess Square Consulting, a company that provides financial, risk, and business advisory services, has raised INR 10 crore in a pre-Series A funding round. The round was led by Vakil Housing.
Several other investors also joined the round, including Parthasarathy NS, Ramakrishna, Umashankar, Raveen Sastry, Vadiraj Katti, Suresh Pillay, Anand Narayanan, and others.
The company plans to use this money to strengthen its main service areas and improve the quality of its advisory services.

Kayess Square was started in 2017 by Sathya Pramod and Shivadutt Bannanje. It is a Bengaluru-based advisory firm that provides services related to finance, governance, business transactions and legal matters.
Kayess Square works closely with startups, growing companies, and investors. It offers important services like mergers and acquisitions (M&A) support, transaction advisory, due diligence checks and investment guidance to help businesses make better decisions.
