Kilde, a licensed platform for private credit investments, has raised USD 1.5 million in a Pre-Series A funding round. The round was led by Purple Ventures, along with support from existing investors.
This investment shows that investors have strong confidence in Kilde’s growth plans and the unique value it offers in the market.
Kilde now manages over USD 127 million in assets, making it one of Singapore’s top digital-first private credit platforms.
The new funding will be used to grow the team, improve capital market services, upgrade technology, and prepare the company for fast expansion.
“We’ve officially crossed USD 127 million in AUM on our platform. That means investors choose simplicity, safety, and stable returns. They chose Kilde,” said Radek Jezbera, CEO and Co-founder of Kilde. “We are one of the fastest-growing wealth platforms in Singapore. USD 1 billion AUM is no longer a dream but a plan with budgets and milestones.”
Kilde runs with a small team, a standard deal structure, and its own technology. This helps investors earn higher-than-average yearly returns of 10.5% to 13.5%.
As Kilde has grown, it now works with bigger and better-quality borrowers. This allows the platform to offer investors more stable returns and stronger benefits.
The private credit market is expected to keep growing strongly. BlackRock estimates that assets under management could reach USD 4.5 trillion by 2030, making it one of the fastest-growing investment classes worldwide.
“We are delighted to be a part of Kilde as early equity investors starting in 2020. As we saw the platform’s exponential growth over the past two years, we gained full confidence in Kilde’s team and business model. Thus, we decided to lead a new investment round and provide growth capital with our second fund,” said Jan Stanek, Managing Director at Purple Ventures.
“With Purple Ventures’ support and the continued backing of our existing investors, we are building a scalable, institutional-grade platform in a market where demand is only increasing,” Jezbera added.
Kilde is an asset manager based in Singapore. It runs a licensed platform that connects family offices, funds, and accredited investors to private credit opportunities in Europe and Asia. The company focuses on senior-secured lending to consumer and SME lending platforms, offering investors double-digit returns.
Founded in 2019, Kilde has kept a 0.0% default rate so far. It also holds a Capital Markets Services (CMS) license (CMS101016) issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
