Kudwa raises $1.1 million funding led by 1818 Venture Capital

Kudwa, an AI-powered finance platform, has raised $1.1 million in a recent funding round. The investment came from several firms, including UK-based 1818 Venture Capital and F6 Ventures along with US-based Sparked VC, IM Fndg, and IVP. The funding round was completed earlier than expected in late 2025.

The company will use this money to improve its product, build more partnerships with other software systems, and expand its presence in different markets around the world.

Kudwa is designed to help finance teams manage their work more efficiently. It connects with systems like ERP and accounting software to provide real-time financial insights and analysis.

The platform uses AI to automate tasks like forecasting, data analysis, and reporting. It reduces the need for manual spreadsheet work and helps teams quickly understand financial changes and make better decisions.

“We closed the round ahead of schedule in late 2025 and went heads-down right away. Our focus has been simple: obsess over customers, ship what they ask for, and build a world-class team that can deliver the AI-powered financial brain businesses rely on.” said the founders of Kudwa.

After raising the funds, Kudwa has been improving its platform to make financial management easier. It now helps companies combine data from multiple entities, create consistent reports, and use AI for better analysis and forecasting. The platform also gives a clearer view of cash flow and provides smart insights.

At the same time, Kudwa is adding more integrations with other tools and expanding its reach into new markets to grow its business.

Founded in 2023 by Karl Nasr and Sam Arif, the company builds an AI-powered finance tool that helps businesses automate financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and insights.
