
Lanvin Group, a global luxury fashion company, has announced the appointment of Barbara Werschine as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Maison Lanvin, the oldest couture fashion house in Paris.
Barbara Werschine has more than 20 years of experience in the luxury fashion industry. She joins Lanvin from Eric Bompard, where she served as CEO and helped modernize the brand while improving its financial performance. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Hermès, Celine, Louis Vuitton, and Zadig & Voltaire. She also worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company.
As CEO, Werschine will lead Lanvin’s global strategy, support the brand’s growth and strengthen its position in international markets. Her appointment reflects Lanvin’s goal of building on its rich heritage while driving modern growth and innovation.
