Legal tech startup Nyayanidhi has raised $2 million (around ₹17.7 crore) in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital.
The round also saw participation from DeVC, PeerCheque, Force Ventures, and several angel investors, including Jar co-founder Nishchay AG.
The startup plans to use the new funds to expand its network of advocate partners, enhance its AI-based products and grow its overall presence. A portion of the funding will also go toward building stronger partnerships with government agencies.
“… Unlike vertical AI SaaS, Nyayanidhi partners with advocates to be the humans-in-the-loop who verify AI-driven knowledge work and deliver accurate legal services in hours… We believe technology can remove much of the uncertainty that slows down legal processes. By combining data, process discipline and collaboration with advocates, we want to make legal work more open, uniform and goal-focused,” said cofounder Adithya.
Sonal Saldanha, Principal at 3one4 Capital, said Nyayanidhi was “addressing a real gap in India’s legal ecosystem” by focusing on measurable results and making litigation more reliable.
Founded in 2024 by Adithya LHS, Chakshu Masagali and Pratik Pany, Nyayanidhi uses AI to help lawyers automate tasks like creating legal documents, filing court cases, and translating content into multiple languages.
The platform combines the expertise of human lawyers with AI technology, allowing the system to handle litigation processes automatically and efficiently.
According to the company, Nyayanidhi has already tested its services in several High Courts and with various enterprises, managing thousands of litigation cases.
