Lorikeet Raises $35M to Build Smarter AI Concierges for Businesses

Lorikeet is a Sydney-based company in Australia that helps businesses build AI concierges—smart assistants that can talk to customers and answer their questions.

The company has raised $35 million in a Series A funding round to grow its business and improve its AI technology.

The round was led to boost product development and support go-to-market efforts.

The funding round was led by QED Investors, with support from Blackbird, Square Peg, Skip Capital, Capital49, Operator Partners, Airtree, and Athletic Ventures.

Lorikeet, led by CEO Steve Hind, creates AI-based customer concierges that do more than just answer questions — they solve real problems.

These concierges work across chat, email, and voice, helping businesses move beyond basic scripts. They can make decisions, take actions, and handle complex customer issues.

Lorikeet already works with several unicorn companies in the US, Europe, and Australia. Some of its well-known customers include Airwallex, Linktree, Flex, and Eucalyptus.
