Lyrie.ai Raises $2 Million Pre-Seed Funding for AI Security Platform

Lyrie.ai, an autonomous cybersecurity platform developed by OTT Cybersecurity LLC, has raised US$2 million in a pre-seed funding round and has officially come out of stealth mode.

The company will use the funding to improve its platform, grow its security research team, and expand the use of its Agent Trust Protocol across its platform and partner network.

Headquartered in Dubai, the company is also preparing for a Series A funding round to expand its services across enterprise and government markets.

Along with the funding announcement, Lyrie.ai introduced the Agent Trust Protocol, a new open security standard designed for AI agents. The protocol helps manage AI agent identity, permissions, security verification, delegation, and access control.

The protocol is free to use and will be submitted to the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) for industry review and standardization.

The company believes the Agent Trust Protocol could become an important security and trust layer for the AI agent economy, similar to how SSL/TLS helped make websites and internet communication secure.

“The agentic AI economy is being built right now, and it is being built without a security foundation. Every AI agent on the internet today is effectively anonymous. No identity verification, no scope enforcement, no tamper detection. We built the infrastructure that changes that — and we built it as an open standard so the entire industry can adopt it.” said Guy Sheetrit, CEO and Founder of OTT Cybersecurity LLC, the company behind Lyrie.ai.

OTT Cybersecurity LLC is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company’s main product, Lyrie.ai, is designed to provide security infrastructure for AI agents and AI-powered systems.

Lyrie is led by founder and CEO Guy Sheetrit, who has experience working in cybersecurity and digital infrastructure across enterprise and government sectors in the UAE, the US, and other global markets.
