Angel investors provided $227K to Mila Celebrations, a tech-driven platform for organizing events.
With more than 1,000 events planned, such as weddings, birthday parties, and graduations, the company is positioned to take advantage of Saudi Arabia’s burgeoning event market, which brings in more than SAR50 billion yearly.

Founder Muhammad Ghourbal said, “The event industry in Saudi Arabia is evolving, and we aim to provide a premium service that makes celebrating special moments easier and more enjoyable.”
The money that was just raised will be put toward improving Mila’s app, growing its service portfolio, and focusing on more events—including business gatherings, as reported by wamda.
