Jun 18, 2026 | By Startup Rise

monday.com has appointed Chris Jordan as Regional Vice President for Southeast Asia and Country Manager for Singapore. The company has also made Singapore its second Asia-Pacific headquarters, alongside Sydney, to support its growth in the region.
The move highlights monday.com’s commitment to expanding across Southeast Asia and strengthening its presence in one of the world's fastest-growing AI markets.
Since opening its Singapore headquarters in October 2025, the company has grown its regional team to more than 30 employees and achieved 23% year-on-year growth in Southeast Asia. It now serves over 4,700 customers across the region.
Chris Jordan brings more than 20 years of experience in the Asia-Pacific market. He previously held leadership roles at BBDO, Salesforce, and most recently Slack, where he led operations across Southeast Asia.
Based in Singapore, Jordan will oversee monday.com’s business in Southeast Asia and India, focusing on enterprise growth, partner relationships, and helping companies turn their AI investments into real business results.
"Across Southeast Asia and India, enterprises are deeply energised by what AI can do for their businesses and are ready to move from curiosity to execution at scale, and Singapore is at the centre of that shift," Jordan said.
"Establishing our regional headquarters here is a statement of long-term commitment, not just to Singapore, but to every market across the region, and I am excited to help lead that charge."
Singapore has become a major hub for global technology companies thanks to its skilled workforce, business-friendly regulations, and strong government support for AI. The country's 2026 Budget further boosted these efforts with new initiatives focused on AI adoption, innovation, and talent development.
Many companies in Southeast Asia are now moving beyond testing AI and are starting to use it at scale. In Singapore, 56% of enterprises have already made progress in expanding their AI adoption across their businesses.
However, organizations still face challenges such as a shortage of AI talent, difficulties integrating AI into existing systems, and proving the business value of their AI investments. monday.com aims to help solve these issues with its AI-powered work platform, making it easier for companies to implement AI and achieve long-term business results.
