Nama Ventures Financial Secures Approval to Launch Investment Management Services in Saudi Arabia

Nama Ventures Financial has completed all the necessary legal steps and is now ready to start managing investments.

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has granted the license.

This move helps increase the variety of investment service providers in the Saudi market.

On May 4, 2025, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced that Nama Ventures Financial had met all the required conditions to start managing investments in securities.

This announcement comes after the CMA Board’s decision on September 4, 2024, granting Nama Ventures Financial the license to operate under the Capital Market Law, as stated in Royal Decree No. (M/30) issued on June 2, 2003.

License and Compliance

This step marks Nama Ventures Financial’s official entry into Saudi Arabia’s capital markets as a licensed investment management firm. It shows the company is ready to provide regulated financial services and help grow and diversify the Kingdom’s financial system.

The CMA confirmed its support for licensed companies that follow all rules and regulations. It also emphasized its goal of building trust and transparency and protecting investors in the Saudi financial market.
