Nawy Egypt Buys Majority Stake in UAE’s SmartCrowd

Nawy Real Estate Technology Company has bought the biggest share in SmartCrowd, a licensed platform in the UAE for partial real estate investment.

This move helps Nawi grow its presence in the real estate technology business across the region.

With this move, Nawy is making its presence stronger in the Gulf market.

They want to benefit from the UAE real estate investment market, which is expected to grow beyond $33 billion by 2030, thanks to partial ownership and new real estate technology.

The acquisition also supports Nawi’s goal to create a complete digital real estate system.

This system will cover everything from advertising and home loans to small ownership and managing properties.

SmartCrowd started in 2018 and lets people invest in real estate in the UAE with as little as $150.

Nawy recently closed a $52 million Series A investment, making their total investment more than $75 million.

In January, the company bought ROA to start a new service called Nawy Unlocked.
