Nexus Technologies from the Philippines Teams Up with Resecurity to Boost Cybersecurity Skills

Nexus Technologies Inc., a tech company from the Philippines, has teamed up with Security, a global cybersecurity firm. Together, they aim to improve cybersecurity and help both government and private organizations stay safe and strong in the digital world.

The two companies said last Thursday that they have officially agreed to work together by signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU).

The agreement sets up a plan for working together over the long term to deal with fast-changing cyber threats. It focuses on sharing information about cyber risks, improving training, and responding to cyber attacks more effectively.

As part of the agreement, Resecurity and Nexus Technologies Inc. will work together to:

  • Offer advanced cybersecurity tools designed for the needs of different regions and industries.
  • Share information about cyber threats and the best ways to protect against them
  • Provide joint training and programs to help businesses and governments improve their online safety.
  • Team up on important areas like using AI to spot threats, investigating cyber attacks, and protecting important systems like power and water supplies

“Cybersecurity is no longer a siloed challenge—it requires global collaboration and knowledge sharing,

“Our MoU with Resecurity demonstrates our commitment to protecting our clients through innovation, intelligence, and strategic alliances,” said Lionel Ting, Senior Vice President of Nexus Technologies Inc.

Ben Ouano, Chief Operating Officer for Asia Pacific at Resecurity, said that the partnership with Orion Managed Service, part of Nexus Technologies, is an important step in their global effort to make cybersecurity stronger and more reliable.

“By combining our threat intelligence expertise with Nexus Technologies regional presence and innovation capabilities, we are creating a force multiplier that will help organizations stay ahead of cyber threats,” he added.

The statement says that the agreement helps create a teamwork-based system where experts share knowledge, information, and tools to fight cybercrime together.

This partnership helps both sides get real-time information about cyber threats faster so they can spot and stop problems more quickly. It also improves how prepared they are to handle cyber attacks, making it easier to recover with less damage to business operations. Sharing knowledge about global cybersecurity rules and best practices helps with staying compliant and managing risks. Plus, it supports training and certification programs to build a stronger cybersecurity workforce.

As cyber threats become increasingly sophisticated, this MoU reflects a proactive and unified approach to protecting digital ecosystems in a connected world, said the statement.
