Israel-based Package.ai, the AI-driven platform redefining customer engagement and last-mile logistics for big-box retailers, has raised $14M in a Series A funding round led by Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE).

This marks the company’s first institutional investment, enabling it to scale its innovative platform, grow customer service teams, and strengthen partnerships with leading retailers worldwide.

With SGE’s support, the company is well-positioned to further its mission of providing retailers with tools to modernize and future-proof their operations.
