Pazy Raises Pre-Seed Funding for Business Payments Platform

Pazy, a Bengaluru-based startup that helps finance teams manage business payments, has raised INR 6 crore (around $720,000) in a pre-seed funding round.

The round was led by Inuka Capital, with additional investment from Gemba Capital.

Pazy said in a press release that it will use the funds to improve its product, connect better with other systems, and grow its platform to manage ₹10,000 crore in yearly spending over the next year.

Pazy was started in 2023 by Pratik Chhajed and Devyanshu Shukla. The goal is to help businesses manage all their non-payroll payments—like vendor payments, reimbursements, and taxes—on one easy-to-use platform.

The platform brings these payment areas together, helping finance teams process invoices faster, claim more tax credits, and reduce mistakes that often happen with manual work.

Pazy is used by top companies in industries like banking, media, retail, and manufacturing. It helps these businesses handle payments worth hundreds of crores every month. Some of its clients include Plum Insurance, WhiteGold, Keka, Fibe, and Sprinto.

“At Pazy, our vision is to develop a ‘gravity product’ that flawlessly unifies all business transactions. We’re working towards becoming the single operating system for our client’s financial operations, enabling greater clarity, control, and efficiency while minimizing manual effort and errors.  The pre-seed funding will fuel our efforts to scale annual spending under management to INR 10,000 crore over the next 12 months,”  said Pratik Chhajed, Co-Founder and CEO of Pazy.

Pazy says that finance teams using their platform can finish their accounting work 10 times faster, get back up to 7% more input-tax credit, and see exactly how every rupee is being spent in real-time.
