Reflectiz, a cybersecurity company, has developed a platform that helps businesses protect their websites and manage online risks.
The company has raised $22 million in a Series B funding round led by U.S.-based Fulcrum Equity Partners — its first investment in an Israeli startup. Other investors in the round include YYM Ventures, AFG Venture Group, and Capri Ventures.
Reflectiz was founded in 2019 by Idan Cohen (CEO) and Ysrael Gurt (CTO). So far, the company has raised a total of $28 million. It has 40 employees working in its offices located in Ramat Gan, Israel, and Boston, USA.
Reflectiz plans to make its AI-powered platform even stronger by adding new tools. These tools will help create accurate data, automatically check for risks, and save time for security teams when monitoring and responding to threats.
The platform gives companies full control over their websites and digital supply chains. It continuously scans networks to find third-party tools, open-source software, and external services being used.
By mapping these elements and showing the risks they create in real time, the platform helps organizations manage and protect their most exposed digital assets more effectively.
At the heart of Reflectiz’s platform is a smart system that watches how websites behave. It uses a special browser that acts like a real user, clicking and browsing to see how different parts of the website work — from JavaScript code to network connections.
The system learns what “normal” behavior looks like for each part of the site. When something unusual happens, it can quickly spot it as a possible security risk.
AI technology helps the platform automatically analyze and understand suspicious code in seconds — a process that used to take weeks by hand. This all happens remotely, without needing to install anything or access company data, so businesses can manage their online security without interrupting daily operations.
“Enterprises invest millions to secure their own code, sharpening their SDLC process with their team, when the real risks are quietly entering through third parties and open sources beyond their control,” said Idan Cohen, co-founder and CEO of Reflectiz. “Standard website security is outdated, and traditional vulnerability management is no longer enough. Our mission is to challenge the status quo, Reflectiz brings the complete picture of web exposure and we believe this is where the industry is inevitably moving.”
