RevRag.ai acquires GenStaq.ai to Boost Enterprise AI Agent Development

RevRag.AI, a company that builds AI agents for businesses, has bought GenStaq.ai. GenStaq.ai is a startup that works on tools for managing large language models (LLMs) and organizing workflows.

With this acquisition, RevRag.AI aims to strengthen its technology and make it faster and easier to develop enterprise-level AI agents.

RevRag said the acquisition will help it handle everything from multilingual voice and text automation tools to RAG pipelines and vector infrastructure. The goal is to better meet enterprise needs around security, reliability, and scalability.

“The future of GenAI belongs to those who control more than just the application layer,” said Ashutosh Prakash Singh, RevRag’s founder and CEO. “By integrating GenStaq’s infra capabilities, RevRag.AI is now equipped to deliver more secure, scalable, and customizable AI systems to enterprises.”

“Infra alone does not scale without distribution. RevRag.AI had cracked the go-to-market motion in GenAI, we had cracked the infra,” Kansal said, calling the merger “two halves of the same puzzle.”

GenStaq’s founders will join RevRag.AI’s product and engineering teams, helping the company build self-running, business-ready AI agents.

RevRag.AI will now focus on expanding partnerships with enterprises, improving AI workflows, and growing its presence in the fast-growing Generative AI (GenAI) market.

GenStaq was founded in 2024 by Mayan Kansal and Shivam Kaushik.

The startup created a plug-and-play platform for managing large language models (LLMs). It provides RAG pipelines, session-based APIs, and developer-ready infrastructure to make building AI applications easier.

RevRag was already using GenStaq’s platform before the acquisition, so the deal was a natural fit for both companies.
