Roomz.rent Raises Pre-Seed Funding

Roomz Rent, Egypt’s Common Housing platform, has announced that it has raised early funding. The pre-seed round was led by Qora71, along with support from a group of angel investors.

Roomz. Rent plans to grow first in Cairo and then expand to other cities in the Middle East and North Africa. Their goal is to offer a more modern and convenient way of living in city centers.

Roomz. Rent offers easy and flexible room rentals for people looking for a place to live.

They provide long-term rental options starting from just 3 months, with simple contracts and affordable prices.

Roomz. Rent helps solve common problems that people face when renting in big cities, like high prices, confusing rental terms, and trouble finding the right people to live with.

The platform uses smart matching to connect tenants with ideal roommates and offers fully managed homes, making renting easier and stress-free.

Roomz. Rent was started in Cairo in 2024 and is the first co-living platform of its kind in the region.

In less than five months, Roomz. Rent made over $100,000 in rental contract sales, with most people staying for an average of nine months.
