Rotoris, a startup that makes analog watches, has raised $3 million in seed funding. The funding round was led by Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath, actor and investor Vivek Anand Oberoi, Venture Catalysts, 100 Unicorns, and Tanmay Bhat.
The round also saw support from more than 30 startup founders, including Varun Alagh of Mamaearth, Gaurav Khatri of Noise, Siddharth Dungarwal of Snitch, Nitin Jain of OfBusiness, Vishesh Khurana of Shiprocket, Chirag Taneja of GoKwik, Akash Gupta of Zypp, and Arjun Vaidya of Dr. Vaidya’s.
The company will use the funds to improve its manufacturing and assembly setup, upgrade engineering processes, strengthen supply chain partnerships, build initial inventory, and hire teams for product development, design, and branding.
Rotoris was founded this year by Aakash Anand, Prerna Gupta, Anant Narula, and Kunal Kapania. The Gurugram-based watch brand plans to launch commercially in January 2026 with five collections: Auriqua, Monarch, Astonia, Arvion, and Manifesta.
The startup also plans to open its first physical experience store in New Delhi, which will act as both a retail space and a brand showcase. Rotoris is positioning itself as an engineering-focused analog watch brand, with a strong emphasis on mechanical movements and in-house assembly.
Rotoris will sell limited-edition, numbered watches made with sapphire crystal, automatic and quartz movements, and durable 316L stainless steel cases.
