Rymo Technologies INR 10 crore seed round led by IAN Group

Robotic neuro-rehabilitation startup Rymo Technologies has raised INR 10 crore in a seed funding round. The round was led by IAN Group through its evergreen fund, along with support from other angel investors.

The company plans to use this funding to speed up its product development and improve its technology. It will also focus on increasing its manufacturing capacity.

In addition, Rymo aims to expand its presence across India and enter international markets such as ASEAN countries and the Middle East.

Chirag Shah, Co-founder & CEO, Rymo Technologies, said, “Our goal is to democratize world-class rehabilitation so that no patient is left behind due to cost or infrastructure barriers. With this financing, we hope to grow internationally, develop our technology, and give more patients and healthcare professionals access to superior robotic rehabilitation.”

Founded in 2020 by Chirag Shah and Abhishek Rai, Mumbai-based Rymo Technologies is a healthcare startup that uses robotics, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence to improve physical rehabilitation. Its main product, the Mobi-L system, helps people recover from strokes, injuries, and neurological conditions by improving their movement and independence.

The company is solving a big problem in neuro-rehabilitation. While cases of strokes and neurological disorders are increasing around the world, access to advanced rehabilitation is still limited due to a lack of trained therapists and the high cost of robotic systems.

Rymo has developed strong technology, including patented hardware and its own AI algorithms trained on patient data. This helps make its solutions more effective and reliable.

Its robotic system can work on multiple joints and uses AI to personalize therapy for each patient, helping them achieve better and measurable recovery results.
