QuantHealth, a company that uses AI to run virtual clinical trials, has received new funding from Sanofi Ventures, the investment arm of global healthcare leader Sanofi.
This investment will help QuantHealth improve its patient-level simulations and digital twin technology for drug development. With the new funding, the company has now raised a total of $30 million.
QuantHealth has built a platform that lets drug companies run virtual clinical trials using real-world data and powerful AI models.
The system creates millions of digital twins of patients to predict trial results and design better study plans, helping make trials more successful, faster, and cost-effective.
The investment has strengthened a strategic partnership that supports Sanofi’s goal of using advanced AI and digital tools to transform its research and development work.
As part of the deal, Cris De Luca, Partner at Sanofi Ventures, will join QuantHealth’s Board of Directors as an observer.
“We’re proud to welcome Sanofi Ventures as an investor and strategic ally in our journey,” said Orr Inbar, CEO and Co-founder of QuantHealth. “Sanofi is at the forefront of digital transformation in pharma, and this relationship will help us scale our impact and bring more predictive, AI-driven approaches to clinical development.”
“QuantHealth has the potential to transform how clinical trials are designed and optimized,” said Cris De Luca, Partner at Sanofi Ventures. “Their approach to leveraging digital twins and real-world data is advancing the next generation of R&D, and I look forward to supporting the team.”
“At Sanofi, we are building an AI-first organization, and engaging with innovators like QuantHealth is central to our strategy,” said Emmanuel Frenehard, Chief Digital Officer at Sanofi. “Their platform represents an important opportunity to reimagine clinical trial design through simulation, and we’re excited to explore this capability together.”
This investment and partnership highlight a shared commitment to improving drug development by responsibly using artificial intelligence in life sciences.
QuantHealth is an AI-powered company that helps pharmaceutical companies design faster and more successful clinical trials using real-world data and predictive models.
Its platform uses over 350 million patient records and unique AI algorithms to run large-scale trial simulations, optimize study plans, lower risks, and speed up timelines.
