SFA is collaborating with Malaysia-based Venture Capital firms Artem Ventures and OSK Ventures International Berhad, and secondary partner 1337 Ventures to launch Project Tapir – supporting Singapore FinTechs in growing their business and entering the Malaysian market.

Singapore FinTech Association (SFA) has launched Project Tapir, partnering Malaysia-based Venture Capital firm, Artem Ventures to identify and showcase promising Singapore FinTech companies who are keen to launch in Malaysia. This includes companies in the payments, regtech, insurtech, AI, sustainability and climate related tech, education, healthcare space, enterprise tech and other emerging technologies. SFA and Artem Ventures hopes these partnerships under Project Tapir will provide Singapore FinTechs with a comprehensive ecosystem that ensure a higher chance of go-to-market.

“SFA is committed to supporting the regional expansion of Singapore FinTechs to Malaysia through this partnership with Artem Ventures and OSKVI,” said Shadab Taiyabi, President of SFA.
Singapore FinTech Association is looking to shortlist promising Singapore FinTech companies for potential investment from Artem Ventures or OSK Ventures International Berhad. This includes companies in Payments, RegTech, InsurTech, AI, Sustainability and climate-related tech, Education, Healthcare space, hashtag#Enterprise tech, and other emerging technologies.
