The funding round was led by SMBC Asia Rising Fund, the venture capital arm of Japan’s Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC). New investors such as Beacon Venture Capital (part of Thailand’s Kasikorn Bank) and SMIC SG Holdings also joined the round.
Existing investors, including Singtel Innov8 (the venture arm of Singtel Group) and Granite Asia, also increased their investment, showing their strong belief in WIZ.AI’s technology and market vision.
WIZ.AI is one of the first companies in Southeast Asia to launch enterprise GenAI and large language model (LLM) solutions, setting a new standard for smart customer engagement.
