Singapore-based omnichannel conversational AI suite SleekFlow raised US$7 million in a Series A extension round sponsored by South Korean VC company Atinum Investment.
AEF Greater Bay Area Fund (under Gobi Partners GBA management) and Transcend Capital Partners, two previous investors, participated in the round. Participating was Moses Tsang, the former Chairman of Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC and General Partner of the Goldman Sachs Group.
The expansion of SleekFlow throughout Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe will pick up speed thanks to the additional capital.
Furthermore, the investment will drive AI technology breakthroughs, improving service delivery for its growing worldwide customer base.
SleekFlow, a 2019 startup, offers an all-in-one platform that lets companies create “seamless,” customized customer journeys across popular messaging apps including Instagram, WhatsApp, live chat, and more.

SleekFlow intends to provide businesses with a comprehensive platform by combining chats, product catalogues, payment systems, and order administration into a single interface.

The firm states that it provides services to more than 5,000 companies, such as 7-11, Hong Kong Broadband Network, and Bowtie Insurance Group.
“We are more ambitious than ever, with offerings underway for fully automated sales and support journeys in voice, calls, and emails, to deliver unparalleled value to our customers across industries like insurance, healthcare, telecom, service, and retail,” said SleekFlow founder and CEO Henson Tsai.
The business completed a $8 million US fundraising round in 2022. SleekFlow intends to look for Series B funding in the upcoming 12 months.It is anticipated that the conversational AI market will reach US$49.9 billion by 2030, up from US$13.2 billion in 2024.
