Smart Garage raises $257K in Pre-Series A round

Smart Garage, a company that uses AI for car services, has raised ₹2.4 crore (US$257,000) in a Pre-Series A funding round.

This is part of its bigger plan to raise a total of ₹15 crore. The company will try to collect the remaining ₹12.6 crore in the next 12 to 18 months.

The money will be used to grow the business and reach a revenue target of ₹80 crore by FY27.

Smart Garage will use the funds to improve its AI features, expand its partner network, and build stronger ties with car makers (OEMs), insurance companies, and fleet operators.

The company was founded by Pawan Singh Raghuvanshi. It runs a platform that connects garages, vehicle owners, insurance companies, and fleet operators through one digital system.

So far, Smart Garage has built a network of more than 500 partner garages in big and mid-sized cities. It plans to grow this network to over 10,000 workshops by 2030.

The platform uses AI and software tools to offer services like checking vehicle problems, assessing damage, predicting maintenance needs, and automating garage work.

Its business model includes franchise operations and selling spare parts. In the future, it also plans to earn through software subscriptions and commission-based services.
