Malaysia-Based Solarvest has Partnered with Agmo

Homegrown digital solutions and application development company Agmo Holdings Berhad (Agmo) and Malaysian clean energy solutions provider Solarvest Holdings Berhad announced a strategic joint venture to co-develop digital clean energy applications for the advancement of the clean energy sector.

In a statement, the two claimed that they anticipated that this relationship would bring about a significant digital change in Malaysia’s clean energy industry by offering all-inclusive digital solutions that will benefit clean energy suppliers as well as consumers.

The joint venture will combine Agmo’s technological know-how with Solarvest’s proven project track record, having been formed by Solarvest Energy Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Solarvest, and Agmo Capital Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Agmo.

The goal of this joint venture is to create digital solutions that will automate and streamline the lifetime of sustainable energy projects.

The improvement of Solarvest’s current products, which include Vestech EcoHomes solutions, Powerbee green electric vehicle (EV) charging ecosystem, and Renewable Energy Certification management, will be the first step in the development process.

In order to address the increased demand for clean energy, Solarvest intends to optimize its clean energy offers and project management procedures by turning these solutions into digital applications.

Before launching these cutting-edge solutions on a larger scale, Solarvest will also conduct a pilot program to confirm their efficacy.

Once these applications are successfully launched, they will raise awareness of renewable energy projects and products, which will help the larger community.

It is observed that the quickly changing clean energy market need a hassle-free solution that streamlines corporate processes and combines clean energy offerings. With the support of this invention, Malaysia will be able to reach its targets for renewable energy and expand its corporate operations through automated and digitalized processes.

Over 1,200 megawatts of renewable energy have been added to Solarvest’s portfolio as of right now (both completed and ongoing).
