Sowt is excited to welcome aboard talent from RGN. Several of RGN’s shows will start publishing again: Lahza ma Mais hosted by popular content producer Mais Mohammad and Kursi al Athnein (Monday’s Chair) hosted by Emirati Abdulla Al Nuaimi. Kursi al Ethnein’s video version was recently picked up by DUBAI TV for broadcast. More shows will start publishing again soon as well.

This is Sowt’s second acquisition. Previously in 2022, Sowt acquired Finyal Studios, a Dubai-based podcast studio focusing on fiction content. The most recent acquisition was supported in part by the Media Development Investment Fund (MDIF). The financial terms of the acquisition were not publicly announced.
