Following an in-depth review of regional policy frameworks, permitting structures, environmental compliance standards, and market entry requirements, the Company determined that several jurisdictions present favorable conditions for responsible and sustainable development initiatives.
Based on these findings, Strake intends to significantly expand its focus on renewable and environmentally oriented business activities in Asia. The Company plans to position itself as a green-focused enterprise, aligning its long-term strategy with sustainable energy development and resource-efficient solutions.
As a next step, Strake has begun identifying specific market segments and potential operating partners that offer commercially viable opportunities within the renewable energy space. The Company is currently assessing business models, local industry participants, and project structures that meet both profitability criteria and compliance standards.
