The UAE-based company Swyt, which offers IT solutions, has finished its secret Seed round. Company founded in 2022 by Edouard Bouvet, provides organisations with an all-in-one platform to streamline and safeguard their IT processes.
Swyt’s goal of accelerating platform research and development and growing its footprint throughout the Gulf area will be furthered by this seed funding.

The seed money will help Swyt expedite platform research and development and expand throughout the Gulf. Tech-focused business angels funded the project to deliver creative solutions to the community. In the US and Europe, the Swyt model is growing rapidly, but it is new to the Gulf.

Three main IT issues have been highlighted by Swyt. First, increasingly complicated IT operations cost each employee roughly 109 hours each year in IT hassles. Two, 90% of firms lack basic IT security and compliance solutions, making IT security hazards ubiquitous. The Gartner analysis found that IT costs increased 2.3 times between 2018 and 2023, which is concerning.

The SaaS offerings use AI to streamline and safeguard IT operations. It comprises managing, securing, and tracking devices, apps, and software and enabling seamless employee onboarding and offboarding. Data encryption, multi-factor authentication, password management, and single sign-on are used in its Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution to safeguard IT environments and enterprises. It is a real-time IT helpdesk serves employees from Slack, Teams, or WhatsApp.
Device as a Service (DaaS) leases IT equipment, helping organisations fund their IT needs while managing cash flow and IT operation costs. They cuts IT costs a minimum of 40%.
