SCB Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited (“SCB”) to purchase 100 percent of the charter capital of Home Credit Vietnam Finance Company Limited (“Home Credit Vietnam”), which operates the business of providing consumer loans. (Consumer Finance) in Vietnam from Home Credit NV (“Home Credit Group”), with an investment value of approximately 20,973 billion Vietnamese dong or approximately 31,000 million baht. The transaction is expected to be completed within the first half of 2025, depending on with approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.
