
TVS Motor has teamed up with ALT Mobility to launch 3,000 electric three-wheelers this financial year.
In this partnership, TVS will provide the vehicles, and ALT Mobility will manage buying, leasing, and financing them through its platform.
TVS and ALT Mobility will collaborate to select the most suitable models and features for customers. The electric three-wheelers will be sold through TVS dealers and ALT’s sales points across India.
The vehicles will be available under ALT’s “drive-to-own” leasing plan for both individual drivers and fleet operators, for carrying passengers or cargo.
“This collaboration with ALT Mobility is a significant step towards enabling sustainable urban and last-mile mobility at scale,” TVS Motor Company Business Head – Commercial Mobility Rajat Gupta said.
Anuj Gupta, Co-founder and CBO of ALT Mobility, said working with TVS Motor gives the company access to modern vehicles and technology.
This partnership will help ALT Mobility grow its leasing services and fleet operations more efficiently.
TVS Motor is a global maker of two- and three-wheelers, with four factories in India and Indonesia. The company operates in 80 countries and owns subsidiaries such as Norton Motorcycles in the UK and TVS Ebike Company AG in Switzerland.
ALT Mobility, founded in 2021 in New Delhi is an electric vehicle fleet leasing platform. It manages 13,000 vehicles in 20 cities and provides leasing, maintenance, charging, and fleet monitoring services.
