Majarra is a mediatech business founded in 2004 by Abdulsalam Haykal. The Majarra App offers Arabic content. featuring an extensive collection of more than 50,000 articles, audio files, and movies.
Meanwhile, Kinda Altarbouch started Lableb in 2017 and provides Arabic Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI services. With this acquisition, They enters the quickly growing AI market and seeks to maintain its leadership position in Arabic digital innovation.
Majarra, the MENA region’s top digital content provider, acquired Lableb, a pioneering Arabic AI and NLP firm. This strategic move enhances leadership in Arabic digital innovation and enters the fast-growing AI market.

Both companies share founders and shareholders. This purchase makes Majarra the main owner of Lableb, enabling a deeper integration. It also supports their goal of improving Arabic online through credible content, sophisticated user experiences, and Arabic language technologies.
Enterprise search and recommendation engines use Lableb’s cutting-edge AI and NLP technology for content discovery and personalisation. Their technologies are used by online businesses, government platforms, news websites, and enterprise software suppliers that need precise Arabic language processing. Lableb has worked with Microsoft, AWS, Zid, Salla, Shopify, and CMS software suppliers including NVSSoft.
