uKnowva, a rapidly growing HR Tech and Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, has raised $0.5 million in a pre-Series A funding round.
The round was co-led by Parv Network, Growth 91, and Aapna Infotech.
The funds will be used to increase sales and marketing efforts, grow into new regions through partnerships, and develop its AI-driven initiatives.

Founded in 2010 by Abhay Talekar, Priyanka Bhor Jain, and Vicky Jain, Mumbai-based uKnowva is an AI-powered HR platform that helps businesses simplify and digitize their HR processes.
It provides tools for hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and data analytics.
In the next 12–24 months, uKnowva plans to grow its partner network, expand into Tier I and II cities, and enhance its AI-powered features.
Over the next 3–5 years, the company aims to become the leading HCM solution globally, expanding worldwide through its partner model.
