
Saudi Arabia-based an Edtech startup ULA has secured $28 million in a Series B funding round led by Rua Growth Fund, with participation from Jordan Capital & Investment Fund and Foursan Group.

The firm intends to use this money to expand its presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and create and launch a digital educational platform powered by generative artificial intelligence technology.

Based in Riyadh, Rua is a VC fund dedicated to investing in visionary founders driving technological innovation in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
This platform is supposed to help improve the learning experience by providing individualized educational content depending on student performance and ability, resulting in more efficient personalized instruction.
The platform will also use augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technology, creating an interactive learning environment that resembles reality and makes teaching more fascinating and effective.
