V-Green, a global company that develops electric vehicle charging networks, has signed an MoU with Telkom Property, a major subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia, a multinational digital telecom company.
This partnership marks an important step toward building a complete VinFast electric vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia and expanding it across Southeast Asia.
V-Green will gain access to many parking areas across Indonesia—such as buildings, open land, and other strategic commercial spaces—especially those managed by Telkom Property. These locations will be used to support V-Green’s business activities, including building EV charging stations, parking facilities, and other infrastructure for green mobility options like electric taxis.
Telkom Property, part of the global telecom group Telkom Indonesia, manages and develops the company’s nationwide real estate portfolio. With its wide range of assets and strong experience, it plays a major role in enabling modern urban infrastructure across the country.
As a key partner, Telkom Property will help identify suitable properties, connect V-Green with relevant owners or managers, and directly lease its own managed sites to V-Green based on mutual needs and agreements.
Overall, the partnership lays a strong foundation for expanding Indonesia’s charging network, speeding up the growth of green infrastructure, and supporting the shift toward electric vehicles—helping build a cleaner and more sustainable transportation system for the country.
Ms. Amini Kusumawati, Business Director of Telkom Property, emphasized: “We are very excited to collaborate with V-Green – a company with a clear strategy and strong commitment to developing electric vehicle infrastructure in Indonesia. This cooperation not only generates business value for Telkom Property, but also supports the green mobility revolution and paves the way for a more prosperous and sustainable future for the Indonesian people.”
Mr. Mai Truong Giang, CEO of V-Green Indonesia, said: “The reputation and resources of Telkom Property will be an important driving force for V-Green to accelerate the expansion of our charging network across Indonesia. Together, we will contribute to completing the VinFast electric vehicle ecosystem, creating outstanding value for consumers and making a meaningful contribution to the global green transportation revolution.”
V-Green, founded by billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, is a leading company focused on building green infrastructure. It aims to create a smart, convenient, and fully connected electric vehicle charging network.
Indonesia is one of V-Green’s key strategic markets as the company expands globally, making it an important part of its international growth plans.
