VentureTECH Sdn Bhd, an impact investment company, has made a strategic investment in Y Us Sdn Bhd (Evenesis), a Bumiputera-owned company that provides complete event management software (EMS) solutions and managed services.
The investment will help Evenesis improve its platform to meet changing user needs, strengthen its market position, and expand to more countries in the region, the two companies said in a statement on Monday.
In its next growth phase, Evenesis plans to expand into key regional markets like Singapore, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia, where demand for digital event solutions is growing due to the global shift toward immersive and hybrid business events.

It works as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform with built-in managed services, helping to simplify and automate every step of event management—from registration and planning to post-event analysis. It also provides customized managed services for each event, ensuring a smooth and optimized experience for both organizers and participants.
So far, Evenesis has supported over 3,000 events in Malaysia and abroad, including major exhibitions like the Malaysia International Furniture Fair (MIFF), Oil and Gas Asia (OGA), and Defence Services Asia (DSA) & NATSEC Asia.
The company is trusted by top ministries, government-linked companies, and industry leaders such as Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp), FELDA, Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC), MATRADE, and MIDA.
