
Vietnam-based private equity firm Mekong Capital has acquired a 13.74% stake in TNH Hospital, a listed healthcare company. The investment was made through Mekong Enterprise Fund IV, a $246-million fund closed in 2021.
While the financial details were not disclosed, TNH confirmed that Blooming Earth Pte Ltd, managed by Mekong Capital, bought the stake.

“We have spent more than 10 years looking at potential hospital investments and couldn’t find the right one—until now,” said Chris Freund, founder and Partner of Mekong Capital.
Before investing in its first hospital, Mekong Capital’s healthcare portfolio included Entobel, LiveSpo, Gene Solutions, and Pharmacity.
