VinFast Auto India, the Indian branch of Vietnamese EV company VinFast, has announced a partnership with RoadGrid. RoadGrid is a company in India that provides EV charging and after-sales services.
Together, they will work on building charging stations and offering support services for VinFast electric vehicles in India.
VinFast said in a statement that through this partnership, the firm is fortifying its service and charging capabilities across India, laying a strong foundation for sustained expansion and delivering a premium ownership experience in the rapidly evolving electric mobility space.
To give customers a better experience, VinFast plans to set up more service workshops across India. They will do this by working with service partners like RoadGrid to strengthen their after-sales support.
As VinFast gets ready to launch its electric vehicles in India, it is making sure customers all over the country will have easy and reliable access to services. The partnership with RoadGrid is part of this plan.

VinFast offers a variety of electric vehicles, including SUVs, scooters, and buses.
The company is now growing quickly by expanding its dealerships and increasing its factories around the world, especially in North America, Europe, and Asia.
In India, RoadGrid has a strong network of over 200 dealers. It provides fast EV chargers in different cities to support EV drivers.
RoadGrid also runs a service network for both electric and regular vehicles, offering services like repairs, cleaning, and maintenance—all available through one simple platform.
